Your role
You will be called upon to lend a hand to the Sales Support, Individual Insurance team in which you will be integrated. You will perform a variety administrative tasks in support of their daily operations.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming calls from advisors on simple technical issues ex. password reset, installing our software, how to use SSQ’s extranet systems
- Open, stamp and sort mail for the Toronto office Individual Insurance teams
- Prepare and mail packages for the Individual Insurance Sales teams
- Provide product marketing material, applications and supplies to Advisors for the Ontario and Western Canada partners
- Manage the local inventory and order departmental supplies in Toronto
- Assemble personalized folders for Sales team’s presentations
- Input data into CRM
- Send memo and notices to advisors
- Input indications in the accounting files
- Carry out any other task, as required
Your profile
- No experience is required
- Interest in the field of study closely related as possible to the sector of activity (administration, finance, insurance, etc.)
- Have a keen interest in sales and/or administration
- Knowledge of the financial/insurance industry is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. French is an asset
- Quick learner
- Experience with CRM software is an asset
- Successfully complete the screening test(s) and interview(s)
