Description of Tasks

Advise and support the business sector or the network in the positioning, planning, development and implementation of solutions developed in its specialty and effectively meeting the business needs of its customers.

Anticipate and understand the evolution of customers' business needs by constant monitoring, in order to influence the development and evolution of the service offer of their unit in their area of ​​expertise and influence the development of the client's business plan or master plan based on strategic planning.

Ensure optimal performance of the entire service by coordinating and accompanying advisers in his specialty as well as the various partners involved in delivering solutions to customers and coordinate and participate in project teams multidisciplinary on complex mandates related to its expertise and having an impact on the organization or the entire network of caisses.

Finally ensure the coordination of the various projects of his specialty.

Be responsible for files that require extensive and in-depth expertise as well as a broad knowledge of the various disciplines specific to his area of ​​expertise.

Represent their unit on various committees made up of members of senior management or decision-making bodies.
