The business administration analyst is responsible for providing the necessary support to his unit’s resources regarding the solicitation, development and maintenance of the business relation while realizing pricing analyses and while participating in the realization of service offers.

Description of Tasks

Coordinate the various activities carried out by all the contributors essential to the delivery of service offers in order to meet business objectives and priorities, while respecting agreements and deadlines and also contribute to the development of offers Services.

Ensure that agreements are supported by legal documents and follow up on documentation, updates and signatures of agreements pending and under negotiation.

Develop and implement procedures, working methods and standards relating to the activities of the unit or work sector.

Perform pricing analyzes and submit them for recommendation and ensure that billing respects the pricing concluded during new agreements, negotiations or changes in customer structure.

Inform managers and account managers of the progress of the work and ultimately coordinate and contribute to financial, legal analysis and any activity aimed at concluding an agreement with potential and existing customers.

Provide expertise in the production of reference documents submitted by the various functional units and intended for customers. Design the necessary equipment during presentations to current and potential customers.
