Description of Tasks
Ensure alignment between these business needs and the solution implemented throughout the project.
May cover one or more of the specialties of information technology such as technical support, networks, management systems, IT security, etc. and offers solutions for improving or optimizing processes, programs and working methods.
Contributes to the resolution of complex problems, requiring a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of all the variables. Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders. Contributes to knowledge transfer through functional coaching and coaching of less experienced team employees.
