Human Resource Analyst

The human resource analyst is responsible for the achievement of planned results or for the realization of action plans linked to talents management and a deployment of practices and politics in coherence with the organization’s culture and vision.

Description of Tasks

May cover one or more of the human resources specialties such as organizational development and training, staffing, labor relations, compensation or benefits, health and safety, HRIS or payroll. Supervises team members .

Participates in the development of budgets, action plans, objectives and strategies for his sector and proposes and ensures the implementation of guidelines from higher levels.

Oversees the achievement of objectives on time with the resources allocated. In complex and new problems, intervenes and recommends the appropriate solutions.

In the absence of an expert, can also act as the reference person in his area of expertise.
