Organic Analyst

The organic analyst develops applications or configures software packages. He is responsible for the development or correction of medium or high complexity issues. Occasionally, he analyzes the needs of a project to identify the required changes to the systems. He can technically validate his colleagues’ deliverables.

Description of Tasks

Develop implementation strategies, analyze, design and document programs or applications according to best practices, with a view to continuous improvement.

Develop / configure programs or applications according to the needs and specifications of business managers, business imperatives and deadlines and may be called upon to participate in the implementation delivery strategy.

Analyze the functional and non-functional specifications of business managers for applications or systems and application development requests.

Evaluate the impacts of a change on other applications, tools and systems already existing and recommend solutions. Participate in the development of test strategies and perform quality controls and tests.

May be called upon to participate in planning and estimating more complex projects and to participate in discussion groups or information exchange forums.

Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal partners and may be called upon to act as a resource person with colleagues in the use and improvement of the tools, as well as in the application and development of best practices.
