Description of Tasks
Administer and coordinate activities related to the management and rental of real estate and analyze the profitability of investments and submit appropriate recommendations.
Negotiate or approve rental contracts or leases.
Prepare and administer contracts for the provision of real estate services.
Compile and maintain operating costs and revenues, prepare reports and review rents to verify that they are in line with market value.
