Description of Tasks
Exercise an advisory role in the exploitation of the technological infrastructure with various clienteles and various stakeholders and design, develop, implement and monitor action plans, programs, solutions or tools in operating technological infrastructure to ensure consistency and balance between business needs and compliance with requirements and good practices.
Perform a watchdog role in order to understand and anticipate trends in his area of expertise and make appropriate recommendations in order to ensure the development of best practices for the company.
Contribute to various projects or mandates in progress in his area of expertise and collaborate in the development of indicators and performance monitoring methods, in the identification of issues as well as in the identification of appropriate recommendations.
Represent the unit, if applicable, before various committees, organizational units and various stakeholders.
Collaborate on the design of customer communication strategies, plans, activities and tools.
